June 2016: Richard Wall Attends Grand Opening of a Telephone Book Exchange

Richard Wall, author of Fat Man Blues was invited to attend the grand opening of a telephone box in a village called Cutnall Green, near Droitwich. The villagers all pitched in to renovate the old phone box and turn it into a book exchange. Richard offered to donate a signed copy of Fat Man Blues, which he was pictured placing in the newly appointed book exchange.

Meanwhile, as a lady who arrived in a vintage MG, cut the ribbon and declared the book exchange open, a local gentleman gave his rendition of 'God Save the Queen'!
